  I have been a tenant for about a year and was not sure if I would renew with new ownership coming in. With the holiday coming up and family coming over there was an issue with my patio that needed immediate care. After a visit with Monica G, the issue was taken care of within 24 hours. I feel much better about the new ownership and am looking forward to renewing my lease.

  I moved in about a week ago and must say I am extremely satisfied 10 out of 10 with the quality of the apartment complex and the apartment itself, with its modern, upscale fixtures. But mostly impressed with the management leasing office on the property. Monica and Mandy have been so responsive to all my needs as I settle in. They are unreal!! In addition, the maintenance team has been spectacular, showing me how to use everything and answering my questions. I really like this place.

  This apartment complex (originally called Woodmont Forge) recently got bought out by a new leasing company that has re-branded the complex as "One Hundred Forge". This new leasing company has SIGNIFICANTLY raised the prices as soon as they took over - I'm talking $400-$500 increases on monthly rental prices in a day. And to think they probably thought no one noticed. Absolute shame what money grabbers this leasing company is. I would have been interested in renting if this new leasing company didn't take over and the original prices remained - but not interested in getting scammed.

  My wife and I visited 100 Forge apartments for a possible work relocation. Met and spoke with Monica, who was professional and friendly. We toured the complex and she was informative regarding the apartments and community. A definite possibility for us. Thank you, Monica.
