  I was a tenant at the River Villas for a year and a half and it honestly was an extremely pleasant experience. The area is extremely convenient to all area bridges for access to Philadelphia, shopping is close by and the train is there for transportation to and from the NY area. The complex is very clean, quiet and the neighborhood is very pleasant for walking and river watching, you won't find a better spot for Fireworks than this either! The unit was very clean, large in size with ample storage, washer and dryer in unit and quite noise free. I had very nice neighbors, close receptacles for trash and recycling and the grounds very well kept and maintained. For the very few times I needed the Building Supervisor Jermaine he was quick with his response time, always super friendly and resolved my issue promptly. He always made you feel very welcome passing by with a kind wave. I would not hesitate to live at the River Villas again and would recommend this complex if your looking for your next home.
