She gave us a wonderfully thorough tour of the property, and didn't leave us with any questions unanswered. At first we were somewhat uneasy, as inquiring about a rental is never fun, but Margaret made the process ever so pleasant! She was truly a joy to work with, and really earned these five stars for Northwood Apartments!
