- SHStephanie HarmonOct 3, 20251.0One of my friends lives here and in the beginning she raved and it was great. 18 months ago she developed a big issue in her unit that is still not resolved. Onsite management has been dismissive. Can't even visit her. The bugs are in her fridge, bathroom drains, sink drains, they are everywhere...there has been one excuse after another regarding why the issue has not been resolved or even someone to look at it. The one I loved the most was that for 1 months they didn't have the plumbers Certificate of Insurance, I mean really. The office staff does not respond to her inquiries. She is to nice to post a review however being a Community Manager myself I find the lack of professionalism appealing. They have told her that the owner is aware of the issue.....well if they know about it, why are they not trying to solve the problem. They have not offered to move her to another apartment. The advise provided was to put a sticky cover over the drains when not using the sink or tub, she did that, the entire thing was covered with these bugs. It's disgusting the way they are continuing to allow this to gone. My friend has done everything as instructed. Over $2,300 in rent to live with bugs ...I speak with this friend everyday....she tells me that the upstairs unit is starting to see the same bugs. Get it together Waverly, there is an infestation, move these people so that you can properly check all the drain lines...if I had the room I would have her move in with me...at the bare minimum let her break her lease without penalty so she can move to a healthy environment. Owner I await your response to this post, if you don't then I will know that you only care about the tenants posting good things. Fix the problem!!!!
