  Wonderful property! Lived there for five years. The location is fantastic. One minute to the GSP and less than ten minutes to the beach. The apartments are sleek and modern, the property is well-kept and the maintenance staff is awesome. Definitely recommend.

  Ivan from The Waverly has been absolutely amazing. He is always responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every maintenance request was handled quickly and with so much care, and he always took the time to explain what he was doing and make sure everything was done right. It’s clear he truly takes pride in his work, and it made such a difference living here. We’re so grateful for him and his team — The Waverly is lucky to have him!!

  I would like to first say that Ivan and his team are responsive, polite, and capable. HOWEVER, The management of this development is poor. The elevator frequently does not work and there is no backup generator to run it. Management is slow to call for outside technicians. their communication is poor regarding repairs, and the elevator has been down for 4 to 5 days on more than one occasion! This is a five floor building! There is never been any offer for assistance with packages nor any offer of any type of monetary compensation, although we pay exorbitant rents here along with an amenity fee. Although described as luxury apartments, this is anything but a luxury apartment complex. In addition, there is concierge trash service, which we pay for. But management does not enforce the rules, and many residents just leave trash out in the hallways at all hours of the day and night, even on non-pick up days. Management does nothing to resolve that issue. Hallway carpet can be stained for months on end before it is finally cleaned. And that is only due to incessant nagging from tenants. I actually used my handheld carpet cleaner to remove a spot in the hallway near my apartment.

  Ivan is the best! He makes everything seamless. Problems? Fixed. Questions? Answered. Always. He never fails to show up when he’s needed- and always has a smile on his face. He made our move out process quick & easy. We will definitely miss him.

  Ivan and Joe were great, whenever we needed something they were there to help in a timely fashion. Good overall experience with them and the Waverly.
