When confrontred about the matter, Monica Didonato said that it did not happen. When an email address was requested to contact the members of the board to discuss the matter further, she lied, said that she would provide an email address, and then reported that the concerns had been passed along to the board. This group is dishonest, untrustworthy, destructive to the community.

Then I sent them a request for a courtesy response a week ago, and I still have not received an answer. It shows you that management saw it two weeks ago, so somebody looked at it, ignored it and never bothered to answer. This is par for the course for this company.

There is an indicator letting you know that the manager looked at it on December 11th, I sent them another message asking for an answer, but no one is responding. The only time I actually get answers from them is when I write a negative review and they are prompted to have to respond.
