  Company uses in house maintenance staff that have displayed the inability to fix light posts that provide security in our neighborhood. I'm sure the lower level employee gets paid even though he doesn't fix the problem. In the meantime our community will be forced to pay for this employees time.

  An issue out of my control occurred and Grace Ramirez was a huge help and got it settled for me. She was in constant contact with me and definitely eased some of my stress. Thank you so much Grace for your awesome customer service!

  Pretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone and response time is lagging during inclement weather. The way snow removal is handled is deplorable and accurate and timely updates dont happen. I am not sure if they simply aren't calling the landscaping company....but I called the landscaper directly and they were 100x more professional, friendly, and responsive. They had someone out in the next 30 mins to finish plowing that wasnt even started yesterday....

  I have had nothing but a negative experience with this HOA. Specifically, the news had been talking about this new storm (02/22/2026 - 02/23/2026) for days. There was no communication put out during the week of what the plan is/would be. Roads were not treated and - at 12:20p on 02/23/2026 - there has yet to be any actual signs of snow plowing or treatment for the roads. Neighbors are taking it upon themselves to try and clear what the can on their own which makes me question what is the point of pay $208 when nothing is appropriately done. Ya'll are quick to send out notices on collecting fines, but can't properly do the jobs that was promised. This association has become a joke. EDIT: I am specifically referring to the HOA for the community in Sewel (Peacock circle, etc.)

  THEY WOULD GET ZERO STARS, IT IT WAS AN OPTION. THIS IS THE COMPANY THAT OVERSEES THE STONEGATE COMMUNITY IN MOUNT LAUREL, NJ. THEY ARE SUPER-QUICK TO SEND OUT VIOLATION NOTICES ABOUT RIDICULOUS THINGS, LIKE HAVING A BIRD FEEDER IN YOUR YARD, BUT WHEN IT'S SOMETHING SERIOUS ON THEIR END, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. SINCE THE STORM, THE COMMON AREA SIDEWALKS HAVE NOT BEEN SHOVELED PROPERLY. THEY HAVE SENT OUT A NOTICE TO THE HOMEOWNERS THAT THE TOWNSHIP REQUIRES HOMEOWNERS TO SHOVEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF A STORM. THE ATTACHED PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT LEAST A WEEK AFTER THE STORM. WE DID NOT GET MAIL FOR 3 DAYS, BECAUSE THE SIDEWALKS WERE NOT SHOVELED AND THE MAIL LADY COULD NOT GET TO THE MAIL BOXES. ONCE I BROUGHT THE SITUATION TO ASSOCIA MID-ATLANTIC, THEY CLEARED THE AREA JUST IN FRONT OF THE MAILBOXES, BUT NOT IN FRONT OF THE COMMON GROUND, WHICH IS ALSO THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. I WALK MY DOG REGULARLY AND HAVE BEEN SLIPPING AND FALLING ON UN-SHOVELED SIDEWALKS. DONNA BENDER CLOSED MY TICKET AFT ER THE SHOVELING WAS DONE IN FRONT OF THE MAILBOXES, BUT THERE IS STILL SNOW AND ICE ON THE SIDEWALKS IN FRONT OF THE COMMON GROUND TO THIS DAY (2/16)!!!! ONE OF THE HOMEOWNERS ON LEIGHTON DRIVE DID ALL OF THE SHOVELING IN FRONT OF THE MAILBOX HIMSELF, SO HE COULD GET MAIL, BUT THE COMMON AREA SIDEWALK WAS NEVER SHOVELED, AGAIN, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ASSOCIATION. I DON'T KNOW 1 HOMEOWNER IN THE STONEGATE COMMUNITY THAT HAS ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT ASSOCIA MID-ATLANTIC. DONNA BENDER, YOU ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB!!!
