  I’ve been reporting a carpenter ant infestation and structural damage in my condo since Thanksgiving, and it still has not been resolved. There is active infestation (recurring frass and swarmers), visible wood rot at an exterior wall, and moisture present in the attic along a shared firewall. These are clear signs of a larger structural and building envelope issue. Management has only conducted an inspection and has failed to take meaningful action to fix the problem. The issue is ongoing and continues to worsen while responsibility is being deflected. This is not a minor issue — it involves shared structural components and should have been addressed months ago. Extremely poor handling of a serious maintenance problem. Still not resolved and pushing every problem back on us.

  Kelly Peters is a tremendous manager. Ms. Peters is extremely relatable to Board members, provides invaluable guidance and timely addresses concerns and questions of Board members and the community membership.
