I was so excited to tour this property since it's located waking distance to my job. But unfortunately I had the worst experience ever. I've been living is this type of buildings for the last 12 years and I've never encountered such an unprofessional woman. Cherelle was extremely unpleasant and rude to a prospect resident. I asked her if they have EV charging stations and with a horrific attitude she answered " I don't know you have to ask the parking people" among other unprofessional things she did during the tour. The main reason I decided to move to the building around the corner, even though it was more expensive, it was because of her horrible unprofessional attitude.

Excellent location in Morristown with great views. The courtyard with grills is a great addition. Covered parking garage right next to the building is very convenient especially in the winter.

Move in went very smooth. Peter from the leasing office was very attentive and helpful throughout my time here so far at the Monroe. Courtyard and rooftop area are the best amenities.

Typical American furniture, rather old-fashioned, but it was very nice living there.
