  I really enjoy living here. Ive been here about 4 years, the building is kept nice and clean. The building staff are super friendly and attentive. Plus, it is in a great location. Love our building

  Blair House feels like a community, not just an apartment. The Building Manager is always available and immediately responsive to any issues.

  I lived in a beautiful F apartment for 13 years. Sadly, I had to move to FL and give it up. It is a wonderful community and I have many friends and clients in the building. Arben, Andy and Miguel are tops! My cat Maximus especially loved the new dog friendly approach. My favorite is “Honey”. Shhh. My best friend lived 2 doors down from me and I miss him terribly. The walls are thick as it is pre-war and I felt completely secure as the police department is next door and the fireman respond in minutes. The Blair House never loses power as it is on the hospital grid. Even Sandy and the worst blizzard did not affect the power. Please don’t dismiss this gem in the heart of Morristown NJ

  We lived here for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Arben, the property manager, has always been responsive to any needs that we have had and it's a generally friendly apartment complex. The only downside is the lack of washer/dryer in the apartments and the building is a little dated. I think the large closet space and location more than make up for these minor issues though. Price was reasonable compared to comparable facilities in Morristown.
