  I really enjoy living here. Ive been here about 4 years, the building is kept nice and clean. The building staff are super friendly and attentive. Plus, it is in a great location. Love our building

  Great building, clean, well managed and on an ideal location. Pleasantly walking distance from the center of Morristown, steps away from a premium market and a drugstore, and just several seconds driving to the highway. The available parking is the cherry on the top. New tenants are even luckier, as every apartment seems to be renovated and modernized before being offered again. It seems that existing tenants still appreciate their stay. I recently met one of them who is in the building for 22 years and has no plans to move. Myself, I can no longer imagine living in a place without the sun drenching I get rewarded with every morning, winter or summer. I don't know anything about the company's other properties but if they are anything like the Blair House, do not hesitate signing. Also worth mentioning that in the last 3 years I have been living here, I have not seen or heard any conversation or complain regarding pests. In my view, this is exceedingly rare for any building and it is of extremely value and importance to me.

  The apartment is beautiful for my 90 year old mother. Loves the balcony. Large rooms for her to navigate with her walker. Everyone is helpful and respectful at the Kriegman office. Arben and his support workers always respond immediately when I need to ask them for their help. I feel very comfortable having her live here.
