You’re better off just buying an empty unfurnished one and do it yourself ! Nobody is going to pay a million dollars to live it middle town pay 20k in taxes and Hoa for a tiny pool !! Oh wow you're near a target not to mention all the steps you have to walk up everyday- ! There is zero incentive to buy in there ! Prices need to come back to reality

Tasia from the home office who confirms that work orders have been completed has been an absolute angel. She follows up and is diligent in ensuring that everything is completed. Very happy with how this team has made this experience. *Update, I have lived in my home since October and unfortunately the workmanship is not good at all. Absolutely zero attention to detail or care for finishing touches. Extremely disappointed, I am bringing in my own guys to finish this as they should for a home demanding this type of a purchase price.
