  After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!

  I moved into greenway village last month. Many things can be said about how nice the apartments are, as well as the surrounding area. The same things can be said about the realtor that assisted me in moving in. The realtor went above and beyond during the process and has helped out when needed even after moving in.

  Had the pleasure of seeing your companies name on the side of a rack body truck and trailer that ran a stop sign on rt 1, causing a 40 ton truck to swerve out of the way endangering the lives of people on the road. After this horrifying event they decided to attempt to cut across 3 lanes of traffic to try and make the exit they needed to take (which was 50 yards ahead so there was no way for them to make it legally) after running the stop sign. Upon realizing they never stood a chance of making the exit they occupied the middle lane for 3-5 seconds while travlening at 5 mph and cut into the right lane to make a U-turn all without using their signal or care for human life. You employ the absolute worst individuals who risk the lives of others in their reckless behavior and I cant imagine management is any better. If it helps identifying the individual responsible for this grotesque degree of negligence the trailer was filled with lawn maintenance equipment.
