- JJJimmyJan 14, 20251.0This place is awful. Worst living experience of my life. Don’t live here. Bugs, loud neighbors, terrible management. Kitchen was old and gross. Could hear every single thing my neighbor below me did. Heat never worked and I froze every night during the winter. AC unit had mold in it and you could smell it whenever you turned it on. Windows and back door never closed right and you could always clearly hear outside because of it. Snow removal was awful. Property manager would just let himself in randomly, including one time when I was taking a shower. Some units have moisture and mold issues, and I knew one guy a few units over that had to throw away their clothing and shoes because of the mold on them. The buildings and grounds were poorly maintained when I lived here. It was basically like living with my downstairs neighbor as I could literally hear every single thing they did, even though we had separate units. Just awful. House centipedes, large beetles and more inside the apartment constantly. Disgusting. Absolutely shameless property owners. Do not recommend.
