  Where do I even begin... I had a terrible experience living here (only 1 year) due to the complete lack of communication from the regional property manager and corporate. Getting any kind of response or resolution to issues felt nearly impossible. The biggest problem, though, was the noise starting the 3rd day I moved in. Slamming doors, kids running and bouncing basketballs inside the unit below me and little to no consideration from the parents. It was a hangout for all the neighborhood kids, leaving their bikes, scooters and garbage right in front of the stoop. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! The washers and dryers always had issues. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was ever done to address the situation. If you value peace and quiet—or simply being able to sleep through the night—this is not the place for you! I feel sorry for the people moving into that 2br unit on April 1st. To be fair, the apartments themselves are well-kept and very spacious, and having heat and hot water included is definitely a plus. However, those positives were completely overshadowed by the ongoing noise issues and lack of management support. If you enjoy a quiet living environment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you don’t mind constant noise and unresponsive management, then this might be a fit!

  This place is awful. Worst living experience of my life. Don’t live here. Bugs, loud neighbors, terrible management. Kitchen was old and gross. Could hear every single thing my neighbor below me did. Heat never worked and I froze every night during the winter. AC unit had mold in it and you could smell it whenever you turned it on. Windows and back door never closed right and you could always clearly hear outside because of it. Snow removal was awful. Property manager would just let himself in randomly, including one time when I was taking a shower. Some units have moisture and mold issues, and I knew one guy a few units over that had to throw away their clothing and shoes because of the mold on them. The buildings and grounds were poorly maintained when I lived here. It was basically like living with my downstairs neighbor as I could literally hear every single thing they did, even though we had separate units. Just awful. House centipedes, large beetles and more inside the apartment constantly. Disgusting. Absolutely shameless property owners. Do not recommend.

  Had the fortune of living here for a year way back in 2007. This is a sweet nice little dwelling in a really nice locality. Have the convenience of being beside the main road.
