  I had a lovely experience living here. Barclay Chase was a temporary 14 month lease for me while I prepared to purchase a new home. While I never used the amenities, they are very well kept. Alexandria and Donna were great at my time of move-in. Sarah has always been helpful the few times I called the leasing office. My only complaint is a large reason I chose this apartment was because of the built in car garage, but I regret to say that this feature was down on one side many of the months I lived there. This would not have been an issue if my parking spot was not so close to a wall and everyday I had difficulty pulling out and pulling in from it. Also the distance to the trash compactor especially after coming down stairs / elevator, is no fun at all. All in all this is a great choice for a short term living situation if you are able to afford it!

  I live here & building maintenance is severely neglected & disgusting. Elevators are disgusting, management won’t pay what’s required for weekly building maintenance, beware! .

  My husband and I recently moved into Barclay Chase and we couldn’t be happier! The construction of the buildings is superior compared to other places we’ve lived. It is so quiet sometimes we wonder if we have neighbors! The amenities are amazing. We love the parking garage and storage unit. We are very happy new members of Barclay Chase!

  From the moment we scheduled our appointment there was a red flag. We scheduled our appointment prior to coming in and were inundated with texts asking us to confirm (which we did) our attendance. So you can imagine our surprise when we waited after 15 minutes with no one to greet us or even honor our appointment. We had another appointment so we left and came back. When we arrived the first thing a woman named Valerie said to us was—are you sick. I told her I have year round allergies and she stated she was going to stand away from me because her mom died several years ago from the flu and treated me like I had leprosy the entire appointment. She did not even show us the unit but rather had us go by ourselves. Out of all of this, the most insulting was that without conversation, she assumed that we were unable to afford the units and kept stating that our salaries had to be 3x the amount and that she had other units we would like but they would “probably be out of your price range.” This would have been very understandable and even considerate if we vocalized those concerns to her, however, we did not. She was very condescending and patronizing. We will be looking elsewhere. I am sorry we wasted our time. If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would.
