  don’t live here unless you want to be in front of a judge over a parking ticket because the complex simply does not have enough space for their residents cars amongst other issues. I moved in January, it’s April and I wish I never moved here, it’s been issues since signing my lease. I can’t even have guests over because there is nowhere to park, don’t even plan on leaving your house past 6 because you’ll have no parking, even if I try to park in front of my own apartment im told im blocking people yet parking is so bad people have to park at the stop signs around the complex. It’s not fair having to contemplate if I should leave my home at night because I’ll have nowhere to park. My stove clicks as if it’s being lit every 10 minutes or so which does not seem very safe either but maintenance takes 20+ days to “fix” issues, and when they do try to come by it’s always an unexpected visit and not planned accordingly. My front door doesn’t fully close so when they are doing landscaping they blow grass and dirt into the cracks and gets inside my home. I tried to get out of my lease before I even moved in due to inconsistencies and issues but was met with solutions that financially I couldn’t do. I’ve never lived somewhere that brought me so much anxiety and makes me cry over parking.

  Luxury is an understatement! The staff especially Arthur, Jake, & even down to the super Keke have just been incredible. If you are looking for a family friendly, safe environment, with great neighbors, great amenities, this is your place!!!

  The current approach of placing tow warning signs and issuing tickets does not address the underlying issue - poor parking planning. Simply put, there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate the number of residents in this community. Enforcement measures like towing and ticketing are not a solution to a problem created by inadequate project management. The root issue is that parking capacity was not properly accounted for during planning and development. A more effective and fair resolution would be to increase available parking for both residents and their guests, rather than penalizing people for a situation they did not create. I urge management to focus on long-term solutions instead of short-term enforcement.

  My son and I, moved into the Franklin right after we sold our home quickly. Alec and Arthur had their hands full with me. They made my move, and my fears of living with people, lol, smooth. I felt completely safe. I would come home very late at night, I knew we had cameras on us, The Franklin is lit up, beautiful lights for security. The experience was great. Gill the owner, well it took sometime, for my strong personality to grow on him. Lol. I won him over. He is a great man. We ended up being friends. I wish him and his family a happy and healthy life. I gave this townhouse living, five stars. Staff is amazing. House was beautiful. Neighbors were lovely. I will miss Gill, Alec, and Arthur, I can’t thank them enough, for their continuing support through this difficult time of my life. I wish them all success. One thing I should say, don’t bring Bloody Marys to a party. It’s a bust. lol.

  After some initial concerns and frustrations, I want to update my review. The owner personally came to address the issues we raised and took the time to listen and understand our concerns. Since then, they have been proactive in sending the appropriate people to correct the problems and ensure everything is being properly handled. I truly appreciate the direct communication and the effort being made to make the remainder of our stay comfortable and pleasant. It makes a big difference when concerns are acknowledged and acted upon. Thank you for taking the time to make it right.
