  I've lived here for about 2 years and absolutely LOVE IT, minus the rent 🤣🤣🤣. The community is safe, quiet and kid friendly, with the dead end street, minus the few maniacs that speed through. There were issues with cars loitering, which Maplewood police immediately corrected. Maintenace issues are addressed immediately. Pablo is the best technician hands down from any place I have ever lived in my 30 plus years as a renter. The rest is high, but you do get amenities, I guess it's market rent in NJ, that's the only complaint. Pablo, I so appreciate you and all you do, you are A++++ friendly, helpful, polite, respectful, all around terrific!!!

  My roommate and I have recently been looking for a place to live close to school and work. We came across the community of Maplewood and fell in love. The Gardens at Maplewood is sited in a prime location. The application process has been a breeze, the office staff has been able to answer all our questions and concerns. We can't wait to move into our new place.
