  Buyers Beware! I recommend that prospective buyers carefully read the exclusions paragraph of Toll Brothers warranty agreement prior to signing a sales contract. My contract contains some notable exclusions, such as the driveway. Shortly after moving in, my driveway began to heave and crack exposing a top coat which was not built consistent with local building codes. Toll Brothers refuses to address the issue.

  As most pointed out they did not install radon fans, they should inform new buyers to test , no single word during buying or closing until 2 months after closing neighbor informed me about it. Although have bought quick move in finished basement can’t use it as risk is higher for kids. Ask them to install before closing.

  Great experience working with Toll Brothers as we built our new home. Everyone was super helpful and responsive. A special mention to Craig Bonis from the construction team. He was very responsive all through the process. All tickets are responded to and closed in a timely manner. Craig often stops by himself to inspect and fix any critical findings. Very happy with the team here at Canter Square and we love our new home ❤️

  New home buyers - beware. Please dont buy homes in this community. You spend close to 900k buying your dream home but as soon as you move you will realize what a huge mistake this is. The community has a very serious mouse, mice and rodrent issue. All newly moved residents have been struggling. Toll brothers or the HOA has not taken any action. Too many people have been falling sick and tje management is just not bothered. See picture for my home
