  One of the best things about living at Vermella Lyndhurst is the extraordinary maintenance team who can fix anything! Having been a private home owner for forty years, I know how easily things can be broken and how difficult it can be to get them fixed. Now that I rent at Vermella those days are over. First of all, the entire maintenance staff is pleasant and polite, wherever and whenever you meet them. More importantly, when something needs fixing, they are prompt, professional and competent. This morning Simon and Ariel arrived to fix the freezer in my refrigerator. All I knew was that it was becoming a challenge to pull out the ice cube tray. Simon went to work and quickly detected a slow leak in one of the mechanisms. He replaced a part and then adjusted the trays of food. Ariel assisted and then both of them cleaned up and left my kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. My husband and I greatly appreciate the care, concern and competence that are always evident in everything our maintenance team does for us. Thanks to one and all.

  Nice quiet community to live at. Enjoyed the different amenities like the gym and pool. Leasing office and maintenance team were friendly and always down to help.

  I had a great experience today with Simon and Ariel. They were both incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient while working in my apartment. I was working during the visit, and they were very mindful of my space and kept everything running smoothly without disruption. They explained what they were doing clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. It’s not always easy having work done in your home while you’re busy, but they made the entire process stress-free. Thank you very much guys !

  We had an amazing experience working with Aidan throughout our entire apartment process. From the initial tour to applying, moving in, and even the weeks after getting settled, he was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. He is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always quick to help or answer any questions we had. What really stood out is how much he genuinely cares – not just about doing his job well, but about making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. It made such a difference having someone so reliable and thoughtful guiding us through everything. The Vermella has been a great place to live so far, and it truly feels like a welcoming community.
