  Maintenance, specifically Adriano, has been excellent from day 1—responsive, professional, and thorough every time. While I’ve had concerns about other aspects of the apartment, he consistently goes above and beyond & deserves recognition! His effort has made a huge difference in my experience here which is so appreciated.

  I’m not going to get into a full review of the apartment itself right now, but I just had to take a second to give a massive shout-out to Adriano from the maintenance team. I recently had issues with my washer, and he was incredible—he inspected it immediately and got it replaced with a brand-new unit so quickly. He was communicative and updated me every step of the way, so I was never left wondering what was going on. He’s also super responsive whenever I have an issue, even helping me out when someone is parked in my spot! Adriano is kind, helpful, and provides a real sense of comfort and personability here. He truly makes a difference in the living experience!
