  Severe Safety Hazards and Zero Accountability Snow removal has been consistently inadequate, creating hazardous walking conditions for Vermella Lyndhurst residents. Large snow piles have also been left in areas that obstruct visibility, making it dangerous for both drivers and pedestrians navigating the property. These conditions are not minor inconveniences, they are serious safety risks that could result in injury and liability for both Russo Development, Russo Development Management. Additionally, while pets are permitted under lease agreements, some pet owners are not following basic community standards. There are repeated instances of dogs running through hallways without proper control. This is unacceptable, especially for residents who may have allergies or feel uncomfortable around animals. Shared carpeted hallways and carpets are frequently covered in white dog hair, showing a clear lack of grooming and consideration. A new resident repeatedly allows her large white dog to shed clumps of fur throughout the carpeted hallways only vacuuming directly in front of her own door. The rest of the hallway is left covered in dog hair that other residents — especially those with pet allergies — are forced to walk through. It’s inconsiderate and unhygienic. If you have a shedding dog, cleaning the entire area your pet affects should be a basic courtesy to your neighbors. Pet owners have a responsibility to maintain control and cleanliness of their pets.If negligence leads to injury or a health-related issues, both the pet owner and the property owner could face legal consequences and be subject to lawsuits. While some pet owners are responsible and respectful, Russo Development failure to consistently enforce community standards is contributing to unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. Vermella Lyndhurst Residents deserve stronger oversight, accountability, and a safe environment.

  Love living here! It's so well-maintained and the leasing office/management is amazing with their consistent comms. There was a really bad blizzard recently but I noticed that the complex was being cleaned constantly throughout the night and the following day. Management sent timely updates on the snow cleanup progress and gave us all advance notice on when parking spots would be cleaned up, etc. Really appreciate the hard work and open communication!! Also want to add that every time I needed help with anything, everyone in the leasing office was super friendly and quick to help!

  We lived at Vermella Lyndhurst for 13 amazing years. It is a very clean and safe place to live. A great place to start a family. We will never forget Eddy with the maintenance team, he is always ready to help with any problems and questions. He is very quick, responsive and efficient. If we have to move back to Lyndhurst, we will certainly chose vermella over and over again

  I have been living at Vermella Condo for the past 2 years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The condo is always impeccably clean, and the management is excellent, making every day feel refreshing. The office staff are always welcoming with smiles and a friendly attitude, which I really appreciate. A special shout-out to Simon from the maintenance team—he not only resolves any issues promptly but is also incredibly kind, and I want to make sure his efforts are recognized. I’m also very excited about the new fitness program starting this week! I highly recommend Vermella Condo to anyone, regardless of age, looking for a great rental experience.
