Stay away from this place. Leasing agent Maggie Garcia completely lied about the monthly rates. Told use to complete the application right away if we want the unit and then hit us with different rates. I was told I would get a full refund since she held that information. Waited over a month and was only returned partial of what was paid. Place is a scam

Im reviewing as a friend of a Tennant. I've visited the property a number of times, driving and rideshare. And I have a few gripes that, even if i could to afford to live here...I wouldn't. First things first...security. there appears to be many cameras outside the property (didn't notice any in the parking garage) but there seems to be zero cameras in the halls. Im sure not everyone has cameras in their apartments and I didn't see any doorbell cameras on any doors as I walked through the hall. You never know who might try to do something nefarious. This is concerning to me because I've actually entered the garage, with a tenant, without the key fob to open the garage door. We just piggy backed behind another tenant entering the garage. I read another review that suggested license plate readers. There are cheaper apartment complexs that at least give a barcode/QR code sticker for the car to be scanned in order to enter. Parking outside of the property is basically non existent which is a good and a bad thing. The garage has a visitors section but its on the 6th level (very top). And you still need the key fob to open the door anyway. Street parking should be available to people who dont want to pay to be in the garage. Im not sure what that requires but there appears to be tons of space for it. This place also feels like its in the middle of nowhere. Local doesn't really exist. You literally need to drive everywhere. Not even a gas station or convenience store within walking distance. Walking through the halls, the floors seem pretty...weak. they ever so slightly give way with every step. The walls are also kinda thin as all kinds of noises can be heard from the hall as well as inside the apartment. Its been my experience that cheaper buildings felt sturdier. The balcony of the apartment could definitely use some work. The wood flooring seems to be weathered and old. something even a cheap water seal couldve prevented. The bathrooms seem extremely plain. My friend has an apartment with two bathrooms but The master bedroom with a standing shower seems like a bad choice. Its also extremely small and leaks water all over the floor as soon as you open the shower door. If i want to take a bath i would need to leave the master and go to the second bathroom. It defeats the purpose of having a bathroom in the master. During my visits I haven't noticed anything about the trash. Reading the comments the trash rooms are said to be often loaded like a landfill and smell. I haven't used any of the amenities but if I was considering living in a complex such as this for these prices, I would hope the security is top notch at least. Id probably be spending 90% of my time in my apartment when im actually there. If im being honest this place resembles a cheaply renovated boutique hotel. It feels like only cosmetic work was done to cover up anything unsightly. To me this place isn't worth the $2500+ rent especially in this economy where it seems youre paying more for everything but getting less.

I would strongly recommend NOT living at this property. When I moved in two years ago, it was decent, but now it has become, in my experience, dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. The cleanliness of the community is terrible. Dog waste is often left all over the property—sometimes even inside the buildings—and the stairwells regularly smell of urine. Garbage rooms are overflowing at least 75% of the time, spreading odors throughout the hallways. The dog park is rarely maintained, smells awful, and is littered with waste and clumps of fur from residents brushing their dogs and leaving the mess behind. Safety and management are just as concerning. The garage is full of unauthorized cars, including people parking in residents’ paid spots, and management requires approval before any tow is allowed. Instead of installing a license plate entry system, they rely on emails that repeat the same message without solving the problem. Residents smoke in the garage, leaving cars smelling like an ashtray, and late-night parties are frequent—even on weeknights—around the dog park, the common room, and the firepits. Lawns get trashed, cars park illegally, and non-residents often use the amenities that paying residents are supposed to enjoy. The amenities themselves are barely usable. The pool in the summer is overcrowded, rules are ignored, and guests are brought in freely, making it almost impossible to find a seat. The BBQ area is taken over all season by one resident without any enforcement. Other shared spaces are either broken or left dirty—like the one near the dog park, which is constantly covered in leftover food, attracting wild animals and making it unsafe at night. Maintenance and utilities are equally frustrating. The garage leaks a paste-like substance onto cars when it rains, and nothing has been done about it. Summer electric bills can easily reach $500+ per month—even before NJ’s rate hikes—because the HVAC systems are so outdated they run nonstop yet still can’t cool apartments effectively. A PSEG technician confirmed the units are extremely inefficient. Package lockers are often broken, meaning deliveries sit for days, usually over weekends. The leasing office personnel, in my experience, have been very rude and unhelpful. Most concerning, they are now holding my mail and refusing to allow me to pick it up, which is unacceptable. Overall, this property has become filthy, unsafe, and poorly run. Between the constant trash, repeated police visits, broken amenities, inflated utility costs, hostile management practices, and lack of professionalism, I believe it is absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the stress and live elsewhere.

The maintenance manager Adrianno is always responsive and helpful whenever something is needed. The requests get answered promptly and he’s friendly and professional. The team is lucky to have him.
