  TERRIBLE!! I usually don’t write these reviews, but I want to help someone who’s not sure if they should move there DO NOT!! Management is the worst part of Pier Village. You cannot ever see them. You cannot speak to them and Gary who is in charge there is the worst part of the department he is arrogant untouchable and bery condescending do not move there

  Just want to say thank you to Gary and Rachel regarding the recent snow removal. You kept us well informed as to what was needed to be done and while insuring our safety. Also a shoutout to Kenny’s crew! They are a very dedicated team and we are lucky to have them. Lastly to the outside contractors who worked thru it all. Lastly to Lynn and Kris who are just two special gals!

  Go far far far far away from this apartment complex. For the money you spend to live here, you will not get it in return. I have been living here for 3 years & I will not be renewing next year. (2025 / 2026) A few things: Don’t get packages sent here. They blame it on the transportation carriers even though they are so “for the customer experience”. You will never receive your packages. The front office is a joke. When you go in there to speak to them, they state nothing is their job. What is your job exactly? This apartment complex doesn’t care about its residents. It only cares about putting more bodies in the apartments and making more money. Once you are in here, they could care less about you. People who visit or live here are disgusting. Food, random bikes & trash everywhere. It’s literally disgusting to see this all the time. You can not park on the street in the summer even when you are a resident. I pay for an extra parking pass a month & it’s not even guaranteed you have a spot. Oh by the way it’s $175 per month for an extra parking spot in the garage yet it’s not guaranteed. Once you start living here, they will continue to raise ur rent yet all the new comers are getting deals on rent. The apartment complex is not animal friendly. My dog is constantly sick & is constantly biting her nails with the pesticides they use. They will put pesticides down in areas where we can walk our dogs. These are the only areas mind you our dogs can go to the bathroom. I spoken to several neighbors as well with similar issues with their dog; being sick & vet visits. The maintenance team is a joke. One of the residents has mold in her apartment & they won’t even come to look at it. The police don’t give a shit about the residents here. They treat us like dirt. People who live here are privileged so they blare their music after hours & stomp all over the place. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. I have lived in many different apartment complex’s in three different states. This place is the worst by far. Don’t let this place fool with being by the beach. Go FAR FAR FAR away from this place. Btw - management never contacted me. Unprofessional, incompetent & inconsiderate
