  It has been 4 months since I have moved out and I am still awaiting my security deposite check return with little to no communication and no update on the return. Last I was told in December, I would get contacted when it’s available for pickup. It’s not the end of January.

  One Ten – Jersey City I’ve had a great experience living at One Ten so far. The building is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The amenities are excellent, especially the gym and common areas, which are always clean and well cared for. The staff and management team are responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the concierge/front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. The location is another huge plus convenient, walkable, and close to everything in Jersey City, while still feeling comfortable and safe. Overall, One Ten really feels like home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Jersey City.

  More than just a building, it’s a community. You have everything in one place. Great common areas, very quiet and clean buildings. There are always weekly activities and spaces for social interaction. The apartments are spacious and modern.
