Nixon is very proactive when we have emergency maintenance issues. We like the convenience to live here.

Ive been living in the building for 6 years.
Nixon, from the maintenance team, has been amazing! He’s done a lot of repair work in my apartment and is very knowledgeable. He’s really friendly and always very quick to respond.
The concierge team is amazing as well, a shout out to Jamila, Eddie for always helping me out!
Though one complain, I wish they fix the AC in the gym which has been consistently malfunctioning for years.

Nixon expertly fixed my dishwasher today - he is always friendly, prompt, and honest. He is very knowledgable regarding all devices and appliances and always leaves good tips on top of stellar work. I am a near 7 year resident here and Nixon always delivers.

I cannot stress this enough: do not move here.
What was marketed as a “luxury” building has turned into a poorly managed mess. Amenities are constantly broken or unavailable, and maintenance requests either go unanswered or require multiple follow-ups to get any action.
The gym has no heat in the winter (it drops to around 50 degrees) and no AC in the summer (easily 90+). Paying for amenities you physically can’t use half the year is ridiculous.
The pool is a disaster. It regularly closes because they don’t have enough lifeguards. Instead of planning properly, they just shut it down and residents are stuck paying for something we can’t use.
The fire alarms go off constantly, including in the middle of the night, and we almost never get an explanation. It’s disruptive and stressful, and if you have pets or young kids, it’s honestly awful. Our pets are terrified every time it happens.
The front office is incredibly disorganized. I’ve been asked multiple times to resend paperwork I already submitted. I had to send my rental insurance three separate times to three different people because it was never filed correctly.
Even basic upkeep is ignored. The windows have never been washed. Living near NYC, the air quality is gross and the windows get filthy. Other buildings in the area clean them. Here, I had to do it myself just to be able to see out of them.
We pay for parking, yet at least twice a year they tell residents to move their cars for painting or maintenance with no alternative parking provided and no help figuring it out.
There’s essentially no security. Everything falls on whoever is at the front desk, and if they’re busy, that’s it.
It’s cheaper than other buildings nearby, and now it’s obvious why. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
