Also this week our unit had no heat and like always Nixon does an excellent job at addressing maintenance issues and resolves them quickly when he can.

I’ve lived in multiple luxury buildings in the JC area and I’ve yet to come across one with as many issues as the Enclave. The A/C in the gym has been broken (notably, in the warmer months) for the past 4+ years. Grills do not function properly, TVs often do not work, etc. The staff is pleasant but the management of the building has been poor to very poor for the duration of my time here.
