  My leasing agent James chiarello was amazing. He showed me units that weee within my budget and the facility is honestly AMAZING! This is the place to be in north Jersey!

  Unfortunately, the experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. From the beginning of the tour, the leasing agent’s behavior was inappropriate. She immediately corrected the way I pronounced her name in a manner that felt hostile and confrontational. She kept mumbling to herself and was reluctant to even start the tour. Once it began we walked towards one of the buildings she repeatedly asked us what we knew about the property and seemed frustrated when we explained that we were here to learn more. Additionally, her behavior raised serious concerns about professionalism. She appeared impaired and to be honest drunk carrying a bottle of Orange Juice close by. She made several odd and unrelated comments, becoming randomly impatient and switching back to randomly asking whether we were celebrities. The overall interaction felt disorganized and uncomfortable. Because of this experience, we chose to leave after viewing only the first apartment which resulted in her becoming impatient and power walking us out. This experience was a huge red flag and very disappointing, as we were genuinely interested in learning more about the property. I felt it was important to bring this up, as this experience does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect during a leasing tour for a potential home. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  Anaiyah was very polite, very honest. One of the best tours I've been on. She showed us many unit layouts that would accommodate our budget on several ends. She was transparent about the leasing terms and pricing. We really appreciate all she's done and the time she took out of her day. 5/5

  I had an exceptional experience applying for and moving into The Beacon! From the very beginning, James and Rose in the leasing office were absolutely fantastic. They shared communication seamlessly when one was out, stayed proactive and responsive throughout the entire process, and truly went above and beyond to help me secure an apartment within a very tight moving window. They took the time to show me every possible unit that fit my timeline and needs, and made what could have been a stressful process feel clear, efficient, and supportive. I applied to several buildings in the Jersey City area at the same time, and The Beacon stood out immediately. No other building came close in clarity, organization, attention to detail, and overall care throughout the application process. My move-in experience itself was smooth and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I received my keys, I felt like part of the community. I also want to give a shoutout to Leroy from the maintenance team, who was incredibly helpful and kind, and made sure everything was in great shape right from the start. I’m very grateful to the entire team for making this such a positive experience and would highly recommend The Beacon to anyone looking for a place where the staff truly cares!

  The tour was amazing!!!! If you are thinking about renting here, do it! It is so worth it, the amenities are amazing, the layout is well thought out and the community is beautiful. I had the pleasure of touring with Hector, who did an amazing job and answering all of my questions and easing all of my worries. He did what he could and made the touring a great experience!
