One Ten – Jersey City I’ve had a great experience living at One Ten so far. The building is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The amenities are excellent, especially the gym and common areas, which are always clean and well cared for. The staff and management team are responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the concierge/front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. The location is another huge plus convenient, walkable, and close to everything in Jersey City, while still feeling comfortable and safe. Overall, One Ten really feels like home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Jersey City.

More than just a building, it’s a community. You have everything in one place. Great common areas, very quiet and clean buildings. There are always weekly activities and spaces for social interaction. The apartments are spacious and modern.

Read the bad reviews and not the newer encouraged new resident feedback that toured. I beg you to hear the warning of how awful this place is. I want to say leasing office and front desk are exceptional and I understand why everyone has quit the leasing office. Tayler is the only one remaining (I think) and I can only hope that she also follows the departures for such an abysmal Management company. So as you can infer, Management is awful. THE ENCLAVE IS THE MOST EXCEPTIONAL OF THIS ISSUE. The gym was never working. They didn’t repair any of the treadmills in the whole lease at the enclave. We didn’t have AC working all summer (and their resolve was to get a random floor unit that managed to cool the gym to a crisp 85 degrees). Elevators were out of service every other week. The management is incompetent. And when I mean incompetent I mean they have no concept of how to run anything let alone understand the basic functioning of a management job. It took them 15 months (yes that was my entire lease) TO NOT figure out an “accounting” issue which i emailed them dozens and dozens of times, went to the office, and even told them the steps to resolve it. They also overcharged us on move out and it’s only because we cited our final move out charges that we got our money back. The parking situation is out of hand. I can go on and on. Nothing has changed. Please take a few hundred dollars of rent a month and go anywhere else in the area. I have lived in many apartments and this one is pathetic. I ran from this place (left earlier than my lease end date) and now that I’m at an amazing management company I can not believe how stressful it was to live at the OneTen. OneTen is run better than the other sister buildings, but a rotten egg spoils the bunch.

Great staff. Front desk crew Brittany, Rye, and LaShane are great, Nixon from maintenance is always super helpful, and Teylor from leasing.

Had a 5 paragraph review written for this place but I think it’d be more helpful to just summarize. Place is made of plastic and cardboard, something is always broken. AC was out in the gym for the entire summer leaving unsafe temperatures to work out in. Not sure if Fabrese knows he works here, he’s just constantly blaming “accounting” for errors and is unsure of how to do literally anything relating to his job. Brought up errors in our bill during month one, after our 15 month lease nothing was ever resolved. If I took 15 months to do a task at my job I’d be fired. Got our security deposit back and they tried to take out additional money which they again blamed on “accounting”. Maintenance put a padlock on the storage unit we paid for because of another “accounting” issue. Our parking spot was regularly taken by other residents and their guests because the garage door was routinely broken and wouldn’t close. Gave us notice of a fine if we didn’t remove the welcome mat outside of our front door, but will do nothing about our neighbors dog who excessively barked all hours of the day, especially frustrating for those who WFH. If you lock yourself out of your apartment they’ll charge $100 to give you a preprogrammed key which you have to return immediately after using. Couldn’t get out of here fast enough, and after seeing the way my new apartment runs things the OneTen should be totally ashamed of calling themselves a luxury apartment complex because it is nothing of the sorts.
