  How does Toll Brothers still allow JP to work at this place? He’s not doing much selling, the property and the name of the brand attracts visitors. Probably the worst salesperson I’ve ever encounter with. The fact that Toll Brothers allows someone like this to represent their brand, speaks volume into how much effort they put into the building itself.

  we had a very negative experience with the sales agent, JP. His somewhat negative attitude drove away about 90% of our intent to purchase. In contrast, we had a completely different experience with another agent, Sue, a few years ago, which led us to purchase the condo next door. It's unfortunate that Toll Brothers couldn't provide better staff this time.

  Similar to another review, i can confirm that the main sales agent, the shorter guy was a real turn off to the whole sales process. A really pushy guy that comes off as condescending and annoying. He barely lets you get any questions out before he blurts out some nonsense to try and make himself sound clever. Not a good sales agent. Can’t comment on the other agents but the female sales office person was much better. Big concern with this building was the lack of light, and close proximity to the Morgan rental building next door. Can’t imagine sales are going well given the current rate environment and a potential recession on the horizon. I bet there will be significant mark downs come the new year as sales stagnate.

  I was looking for a 1 bed apartment for purchase in this building and went to the appointment with Sales Office. The guy who was attending us says he is a manager had a very rude attitude towards us. He was more concerned about the grammatical changes in what i speak rather than selling the apartment. I felt that he doesn't want to sell the apartment to us. Me and my wife were very disappointed in his behavior. We felt discrimination. He said that we have nothing to talk about giving us an example of buying a car terminology comparing it with buying an apartment which doesn't make any sense to me. Considering the reputation of toll brothers this is a very bad behavior towards the people who want to buy a place. Their website and the receptionist are more friendly than the actual people who sell the apartments.
