  I see that they are fixing in the last 5 months have been painting fixing anything the need new siding, and putting new roofs . Always grass and leaves or snow removal would always be taken care of . I get checked by hud to make sure all is secure in the apartments.I like the area and tenants and maintenance guys always help

  Filthy grounds, no need to speak English , buildings falling apart, apartments full of mold, need of paint, needed plumbing, all electric, pay as much as $200.00 or more a month for heat & air conditioning! Not enough parking, parking lot dangerous because of pot holes, not a safe place for seniors! There is no superintendent or grounds keeper. You can wait days, weeks, months after you tell the office something in your apartment needs fixing!Then it never gets repaired! So don’t bother asking! Don’t call for outside help to fix a needed problem in your apartment, because Donald Nuckel the owner will not reimburse you! He doesn’t care that your pumping hasn’t worked for weeks! IF you fall because a sidewalk has to be fixed or ice!! Your on your own! Donald Nuckel does not care! You can be dead in your apartment for a week, if you don’t have family near by? Your body will not be found till the smell! So Welcome anyone that gets welfare, doesn’t speak English, homeless have no respect for the property around you! Welcome!!

  There are no maintenance anything. This place is so run down, and the owner Donald knucklehead is useless. These poor seniors have to constantly recertify there income constantly. To raise their rent and put no money into the safety and health of our seniors. Shame on this guy.

  I live in Middle Road Village Hazlet NJ. My roof needs repair..My ceiling has water stains in 3 different places...I have reported this problem to Billy our maintenance man who reported to David the so called (Boss of Billy & head of maintenance.) David saw the problem and I was told “He would take care of it by getting a estimate...Call after call I was finally told it would be repaired Tuesday 8/18/2020. No one showed up! I don’t like to be lied to, especially by someone like David who doesn’t know what’s going on and works for Donald Nuckel who’s a slum lord! I don’t know why they wait to repair a problem that is getting worse every time it rains!
