  I have lived here for 13 months and have been treated unfairly since then! Last summer I didn’t have air conditioning, all summer and I lived on the second floor. I not only told the superintendent but I also then told the manager. I also called HUD and a representative came out here and spoke with and witnessed my situation. Shortly after that, my air conditioning was fixed. My manager had told me it was not his responsibility, it was the superintendents responsibility. Then earlier this yeari needed to resubmit my paperwork, there was a problem with two documents, they asked me for these over and over again. The manager was not clear on my responsibility for these documents. And now they have told me that my rent is going up over $1000 a month! I have had physical and help for my anxiety and I only get disability! They say there’s nothing they can do so again I had to contact HUD and a legal aid lawyer! The residents here are very nosy, I had a neighbor looking through my mail!!!! She even acknowledged this to me!!!!! I am sorry now that I chose this place to live!!!!

  There are no maintenance anything. This place is so run down, and the owner Donald knucklehead is useless. These poor seniors have to constantly recertify there income constantly. To raise their rent and put no money into the safety and health of our seniors. Shame on this guy.

  I live in Middle Road Village Hazlet NJ. My roof needs repair..My ceiling has water stains in 3 different places...I have reported this problem to Billy our maintenance man who reported to David the so called (Boss of Billy & head of maintenance.) David saw the problem and I was told “He would take care of it by getting a estimate...Call after call I was finally told it would be repaired Tuesday 8/18/2020. No one showed up! I don’t like to be lied to, especially by someone like David who doesn’t know what’s going on and works for Donald Nuckel who’s a slum lord! I don’t know why they wait to repair a problem that is getting worse every time it rains!
