It may not be the newest building, but new enough (2018/19’ build). The location is ideal because of proximity to the path, and NJ transit Newark Broad. Being in the back of Harrison is also a plus, because of the walkway and quietness vs. living right next to Sports Illustrated. No complaints, wish the gym was larger but equipment, maintenance, and responses from management are commendable.
