I can't say enough great things about One Harrison. After five years, I am finally moving out, and I am truly going to miss it here. My apartment was a genuine sanctuary—a calm oasis to return to after a stressful day. I also want to highlight how responsive the maintenance department was and how accessible the management team remained throughout my stay.

It's my third day living here and move in has been awful. I was given a unit with multiple things that needed to be fixed/advertised improperly including a missing wifi box. I suppose it was stolen by the previous tenant and no one checked, so my first 4 days I am without wifi waiting on Verizon to install a new one running up my data bill. All of my windows are loose and one is covered in mold. When I think it can't get worse my garage door opener stopped working. The only saving grace is the leasing agents who have been amazing and so quick to respond to put in work orders to fix things. They should get a raise considering how problematic the building is. Hopefully things get better.

I’ve been a resident for a while now and I can honestly say this is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance crew are always so kind, helpful, and go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
