  I lived here for 2 years, and it’s easily the nicest apartment in Harrison. Special shoutout to Marvin and Shannon from the leasing office and Jose from maintenance. They truly make this place stand out. Marvin and Shannon have been amazing from day one. From the initial tour to signing the lease and throughout my stay, they’ve always been responsive, professional, and quick to help resolve any questions or concerns. The whole leasing process was smooth and well organized thanks to them. Jose and his maintenance team deserves recognition as well. All requests are handled very quickly (often within 24 hours), whether it’s a small fix or something more involved like a dishwasher replacement. They also stay on top of regular upkeep like HVAC filter replacements, which shows how proactive the team is. My Favorite Highlights of Dey & Bergen: • 🏡 Apartment: Spacious layout, walk-in closet, large kitchen, modern finishes, and big windows with lots of natural light • 🏊 Amenities: Great gym, pool, courtyard, resident lounge, and co-working spaces • 🧼 Cleanliness: The cleaning team does a fantastic job. The building and common areas are always very clean • 🚆 Location: About a 12-minute walk to the PATH station plus a free shuttle during peak hours • 🛎 Concierge: Always helpful for packages, questions, and general building support Overall, the rent is very reasonable for the location and quality, and the staff across the board does a great job making this a comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

  Such a beautiful place to live in. The people are always friendly and organise such fun events for the residents! Debbie and Ashley are such warm people who always are happy to help!

  When lease renewals came up this year several friends in studios moved out with the increased rent, to be honest I almost left as well despite the buildings incredible amenities. However, Jenni's events recently really made the difference and helped me stay motivated to find the extra funds. Excited for the next year!

  I had such a wonderful time touring Dey and Bergen! The amenities were so nice and clean. Marvin was super helpful and took his time to answer all my questions.

  Good Amenities and that's it. Office staff is rude or absent. The lease has a long list of rules and regulations. But none of the important ones are enforced, like quiet hours and not leaving garbage in the hallway. If you complain to the leasing office, you either get a cursory response with no follow-up, or a nasty response with no follow-up.
