  I loved living here. I started in an efficiency in the east building and moved into a two bedroom in the north building a year later when I remarried. The staff at the door, porters, maintenance and repair workers were always pleasant. I spent ten years here and raised two boys here. Most of the residents are friendly and the older residents always doted on my kids. Repairs were made quickly and if I had an issue, it was solved quickly by speaking with the property manager Judy. Highly recommended!

  A bit disappointed in this apartment - living here wasn't awful, but it is certainly not anything special. The price, the location, and the views of Philly are amazing. The crew covering the front doors are incredible humans though - they will make you smile every day. Maintenance and the front office are hit or miss... providing inconsistent answers when inquiring about things and occasionally being not so pleasant. It felt like there were endless maintenance issues to the building (water leaks in both my apartment and the lobby areas). The foam poster board with the Elmer's sticker still on it nailed to the ceiling in the South lobby to hide water damage isn't too visually appealing in my opinion.
