  Question do you replace appliances if they are broken down and dirty ? And impossible to get clean and are very old?

  My family moved to this community from Brooklyn in early 2022. Overall, the move-in experience was very good. While there were a few issues at the beginning that weren’t resolved immediately, we eventually built a strong relationship with management—especially Teresa. She has truly been amazing and consistently supportive, helping us with whatever we’ve needed along the way. Recently, we transferred into a larger unit, and although the process was detailed, Teresa did everything possible to make it smooth and seamless. We genuinely appreciate all the effort and hard work she put in to make the transition easy for us. At this point, we have no issues. Whenever a maintenance request comes up, we submit a ticket and it’s handled promptly. I’ve really enjoyed living here and plan to stay for quite some time—at least until we find a house! I highly recommend this community. The pricing is fair, the residents are friendly, the environment is great, and the location is extremely convenient with supermarkets and other essentials right across the street.

  Best experience I’ve had as a traveling superintendents. Remarkable attention to detail and extremely accommodating! Extremely grateful for Teresa and the maintenance crew!

  The playground in our community is in terrible condition and completely unsafe for children. There is absolutely no proper place for kids to play, the area is broken, neglected, and has not been maintained for years. Every year management promises to replace it, but nothing ever happens. Meanwhile, the dog area looks much better and safer! It seems like more attention and improvements are given to pets than to children. I sincerely hope the management will finally take responsibility and make real improvements to create a safe place for our kids.
