  At some point I will provide a detailed review about my experience with keypoint. If you listen and really care about feedback take heed to me saying AVOID this company at all costs!!! I dealt with 4 ppl from here and only one was professional enough to understand my disposition as the customer. Unfortunately he is not enough for me to say take a leap of faith…this mortgage company connected me with a Victor Carofilis of EQUITY BUILDERS LLC WHO STOLE MY MONEY AND COMPLETED NO WORK ON MY PROPERTY. I am now forced with the task of hiring an attorney for litigation. They promised he did good work instead he took off with my money. I trusted this mortage and it bit me badly! When i did my research after the fact on this equity builders llc. I came to know he was sued in 2019 for the same thing he did to me. As for keypoint, my closing was a nightmare they didnt send the correct figures to close and after signing my closing docs they advised that I needed more money to add to my closing. When i tell you the entire process has been a nightmare, BELIEVE ME!

  What an incredible experience! I came to know Carlos and his company through a friend of mine and I can say that as a first time home buyer we couldn’t be more satisfied. Carlos gave us the pre-approval right away while we thinking that was not going to happen. And from there everything went so smoothly, fast and easy and after 3 months we got our first house. Carlos and his team did an excellent job, explaining us every detail and every procedure and giving us only piece of mind and the keys of our new house. Highly recommended!
