- MCMartin CasasApr 20, 20254.0I lived at the Kingsly apartments for 3 years while I worked in New Jersey. It was a great place to live, great neighbors, amenities and staff. The janitorial team always kept things clean, the maintenance person, Jon and then Rob, were friendly and attentive. I am nothing but grateful for Greg Schiffer, who always made every effort to help me during my transition as I moved out last month. Greg was always friendly and professional and willing to help in whatever way he could. Overall, I was very happy living in the Kingsly community and made my time in New Jersey a nice experience.

Not only are the units spacious with high end finishes, but both the residents and Kingsley office staff are high class. Many apartments advertise “luxury” but do not deliver- The Kingsley delivers on all aspects. Their gym, package locker system, and pool are a huge plus!
