  If you asked me to write this review a year ago, it would have been 5 stars. I used to recommend this apartment complex to everyone - it's a great location, clean property, the leasing managers (Olivia and then Greg) were both amazing. I could not possibly say enough great things about the both of them. They truly cared about the tenants and were more than helpful on numerous occasions. To them I am forever grateful. Even the maintenance technician is phenomenal, attentive, respectful, and personable. Then, a new "area property manager", Morgan, came in and suddenly The Kingsley became a money hungry, thoughtless, corporate dictatorship. I simply needed to extend my lease 2 additional weeks while I waited to close on the purchase of my first home, to which Morgan demanded I pay $5,070 for (not even including the $60/month amenity fee and $75/month parking spot fee) - rendering us homeless. Never mind that I lived there for three years, never missed a rent payment or caused any trouble. And when you move out? YOU are responsible for paying for cleaners for the unit, but if you want to hire a cleaning company - YOU HAVE TO MOVE OUT EARLY. This is also a new rule from the new regime. This management group does not care one iota about your wellbeing, they care if they make money. Never used to be this way - used to be such a warm and close-knit community. The best part? It's been a month and a half since I had to move out - and that apartment is STILL vacant. Gotta love corporate greed :) If you are considering living here - you can DEFINITELY find a more affordable apartment complex of the same quality in the area with a management company that actually cares about you more than this one. And probably one with a pool that actually stays open all day and for a full summer season. And probably one with more parking. AND Greg's moved onto bigger and better things, so you won't even have him. Live anywhere else.

  I wanted to send big props and thank you to Rob for staying late last night (8/20) and in the rain, I might add, to get 4000 building’s elevators working again! He had to call to approve after hours elevator service and stick around until they arrived and ultimately resolved.

  I'm not a resident but the things people complain about are a plus to me such as the speed bumps and the strict enforcement of the rules.

  Living here at the Kingsley for the last two years. No issues whatsoever. The development is well kept. Clean at all the times. The staff here is great as well. Very quiet and other tenants are very family orientated as well. Dog friendly. I have a garage and never had an issue with parking but introducing an additional car may be problematic. Parking is somewhat limited. Otherwise, based on what I seen out there, this place checks off all the boxes. Renewed my lease for another year!
