  If you asked me to write this review a year ago, it would have been 5 stars. I used to recommend this apartment complex to everyone - it's a great location, clean property, the leasing managers (Olivia and then Greg) were both amazing. I could not possibly say enough great things about the both of them. They truly cared about the tenants and were more than helpful on numerous occasions. To them I am forever grateful. Even the maintenance technician is phenomenal, attentive, respectful, and personable. Then, a new "area property manager", Morgan, came in and suddenly The Kingsley became a money hungry, thoughtless, corporate dictatorship. I simply needed to extend my lease 2 additional weeks while I waited to close on the purchase of my first home, to which Morgan demanded I pay $5,070 for (not even including the $60/month amenity fee and $75/month parking spot fee) - rendering us homeless. Never mind that I lived there for three years, never missed a rent payment or caused any trouble. And when you move out? YOU are responsible for paying for cleaners for the unit, but if you want to hire a cleaning company - YOU HAVE TO MOVE OUT EARLY. This is also a new rule from the new regime. This management group does not care one iota about your wellbeing, they care if they make money. Never used to be this way - used to be such a warm and close-knit community. The best part? It's been a month and a half since I had to move out - and that apartment is STILL vacant. Gotta love corporate greed :) If you are considering living here - you can DEFINITELY find a more affordable apartment complex of the same quality in the area with a management company that actually cares about you more than this one. And probably one with a pool that actually stays open all day and for a full summer season. And probably one with more parking. AND Greg's moved onto bigger and better things, so you won't even have him. Live anywhere else.

  I lived at the Kingsly apartments for 3 years while I worked in New Jersey. It was a great place to live, great neighbors, amenities and staff. The janitorial team always kept things clean, the maintenance person, Jon and then Rob, were friendly and attentive. I am nothing but grateful for Greg Schiffer, who always made every effort to help me during my transition as I moved out last month. Greg was always friendly and professional and willing to help in whatever way he could. Overall, I was very happy living in the Kingsly community and made my time in New Jersey a nice experience.

  I recently leased an apartment at the Kingsley and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the leasing manager, Greg Schiff. Greg was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire lease process, making everything smooth and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend the Kingsley to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. The residents are friendly, the complex is impeccably clean, and the amenities, including the clubhouse, lobby area, and gym, are top-notch. A truly exceptional place to call home!

  The Kingsley is an amazing apartment complex to live in! Not only are the units spacious with high end finishes, but both the residents and Kingsley office staff are high class. Many apartments advertise “luxury” but do not deliver- The Kingsley delivers on all aspects. Their gym, package locker system, and pool are a huge plus!
