  I am a potential buyer at an Associa‑managed property, and I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony Pietras—the Property Manager at that site—on several occasions. Having served on condo boards in the past, I can confidently say that Anthony stands out, and he is a significant reason for my interest in this community. Anthony is a straight shooter—kind, direct, and always honest. He communicates clearly, provides thoughtful reasoning behind every answer, and never shies away from addressing difficult topics. His knowledge is exceptional, not only of the property itself but also of condo law, town ordinances, health and safety considerations, maintenance planning, and financial impacts. What truly distinguishes Anthony is the rare combination of integrity, reliability, and compassion. He understands the delicate balance between meeting residents’ needs and making decisions that are in the long‑term best interest of the property. It’s clear that he thinks ahead—anticipating projects, costs, and potential concerns—and that he’s prepared to execute effectively. In short, Anthony is the kind of property manager who inspires confidence, and any community would be fortunate to have him.

  Our on site manager does a good job- but that is the only nice thing i can say about them. However, he is overworked and gets insufficient support from the company. They don't pay bills on time, they don't provide accurate or timely financials. Upper management is non responsive. They just push it on to the manager.

  Terrible communication with tenants and owners. If you like having strangers show up at your door for inspections and not know why....this company is for you! And good luck calling them and not getting voicemail. Don't expect responses to voicemail either. Edit: 1/9/26 after many calls and emails nothing has been solved. So Kahlcrest Condo's residents are left playing musical laundry rooms because Candace keeps telling residents that they are all working yet when we go machines are unplugged in one, water is all over the floor in another and machine parts are laying around in another. How about getting your BS straight before telling residents it's ok to use laundry rooms after YOU shut all 4 down over the holiday week to supposedly do maintenance.

  I have lived here for 36 years and I have never met such dedicated, devoted, efficient, and friendly ladies in Crystal and Stephanie. The 2 ladies are always so willing to help with anything. So glad we have them

  I reside at Horizon House. During the process of buying to finally moving in, everyone that I have had the opportunity to interact with has been a pleasure. From Mariana, Crystal, Stephanie, Luke, and Ivan at the office to maintenance, porters and doormen, I have had a great experience. Although the task of moving in was daunting and not at all seamless, this team made things better. They are responsive - I can send an e mail at any time, and they will answer ; they are kind and always smiling - which can be challenging with some of the different personalities they have to deal with in the complex. I appreciate that they have weathered the changes with grace. Great team. They all deserve HUGE Christmas bonuses!
