  I have lived in Sun Ridge for 20+ years and served on the Condo Association Board for just about as long. I am in direct contact with our Community Manager on a regular basis, both as a unit owner and colleague. Tamika Patton is our new CM and all I can say is WOW. She is pleasant, professional, acts quickly and follows-up in a timely manner until resolution is complete. She listens, she thoughtfully acts and she cares. She expertly maintains the delicate balance of resident service/compassion and upholding HOA requirements. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about Tamika or thank her enough for all of her efforts!

  We’ve had a brutal winter and Ivan Cardona and his team who take care of Horizon House property and keep it as pristine as possible in all aspects are doing a great job. Snow removal, Landscaping, and paying attention to residents needs. I applaud their efforts.

  All I can say and give is a Huge thank you to Ivan Cardona and Stephanie Arzon with the Associa Team here at Horizon House. With this recent winter/NorEaster Storm starting Sun., 2/22/26 through 2/23/26...my car was buried with all the snow and the Snow Plower not knowing where to place the snow. I reached out to Ivan and then Stephanie. They gave me specific direction on how to report the incident's/issues via the Building Links site and all I can say is that I am thankful for Ivan, Stephanie, the entire team including my Doormen supporting our Horizon House Community with their clear, concise communications, and follow-up. I'm all good now...access to my car (Yes!). The gentleman with the BobCat did an amazing job and I'm so thankful for him. I know at times its hard with so much going on we want immediate help. All I can say is that patience, kindness, clear communications and understanding goes a long way. Thank you for the amazing work to this team and beyond!

  A moment of appreciation for Ivan Cardona, RPM General Manager and his team who do an excellent job daily maintaining the property at Horizon House (1266 Apartment Corp) in Fort Lee NJ. Since coming on board in 2025 he has taken control of the property working with the cooperation of the board of directors. Working to enhance the shareholders/residents quality of life and property value by addressing issues big and small with care, conscience and respect. Most importantly he has taken great effort to keep all associated with the property, staff & shareholders alike, updated and informed of events, rules & occurrences monthly, weekly, daily and sometimes up to the minute.   I reside in the 17-19 Dodd Street property for many years now and it is a pleasure working with Kevin Antonelli the property manager over the years. It is a privilege to share this Google review for such a quick resolution to an issue that my family and I experienced during the severe snow storm earlier in this month of February. I recently submitted a maintenance request on February 9, 2026 at 4:56 AM regarding my apartment windows during this extremely cold weather. I received acknowledgment from Kevin Antonelli within 4 1/2 hours regarding the maintenance work order I initiated earlier that morning as it was truly appreciated. Just two days later, I received a text message from Kevin with great news that the windows were approved for replacement — AND I might add that the replacement windows were installed and completed only two days after that. The turnaround time and communication were excellent. I am very pleased with how quickly and professionally this matter was handled.
