  We have been tenants at Highgate since January 2025, and for the past two months, we’ve been living with an active mouse infestation. Despite repeated emails, it took some badgering to receive follow-up. The exterminator visits once and month and we had to beg maintenance to seal holes throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, these efforts have been entirely ineffective. The exterminator continues to place small bait packs and stations. We still see mice running across our living room and both bedrooms. Droppings are regularly found in the kitchen and dining area, confirming that we’ve been eating and sleeping in a contaminated environment for weeks. This is unsanitary and deeply uncomfortable. While we recognize that the infestation may not be Kriegan & Smith’s direct fault, the response has been inadequate. Attached is a photo of a mouse we caught in our own trap today, as the building’s pest control measures have failed to resolve the issue.

  I love my apartment it's so spacious. Room to do so many things 😁😁 maintenance answer my calls in a timely manner and address the issues

  Super nice I come here to stay with my great grandmother and im very loved by the older people because i help them out by taking out there trash and helping with laundry

  We have been here a few years and we love it . Maintenance is very quick if u have a problem and the pool is great!
