  I have lived here for a year and a half. I had only one major problem with leasing and management but with maintenance, Whenever I called maintenance, they would get back to me as soon as possible. They always fix any problems that I always had. The only main concern I had was moving out. I gave them well in advance notice of my vacancy. when I first moved in the leasing agent, advise me pets are allowed with no additional fee, and after one year, I will be in the Month to month basis. That was all a lie. They started harassing me and sending me notices that I owe him back rent and breaking contract fee. when they took my security deposit. And then they started telling me that I owe pet fees. When this was never in writing or discussed with me. I wish the leasing agent told me all this, in the beginning. But beside that I loved the complex and neighbors. It was super quiet.

  Wouldn't even give this place 1 star honestly. Maintenance team is lazy and nothing is ever fixed. Do not move here! The pool is never open in time. All the appliances are old and don't get replaced just constantly repaired my A/C unit I have been told by the repairman has a leak and it just gets refilled with refrigerant every time I complain he says they wont replace the unit. Every summer there are constant issues with ants and bees. The laundry rooms are located in the basements that are filthy and constantly flood when it rains.
