  I've been a tenant here for a little over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about this building. Not only is my sister also a tenant here which makes the experience so much better but my job is approximately three blocks away. The office manager is very responsible, professional and answers to my phone calls and emails in a timely matter , the super Mr Luis and Trevor always respond to my tickets and fix things in my apartment very quickly. the lobby, the basement and the garbage area are always well maintained and kept clean. BIG SHOUT OUT IN GENERAL TO THE CHILTON TOWERS STAFF <3

  I visit my aunt often at Chilton Towers and the current management is wonderful. Massiel is very communicative and always available to help with whatever issue we have had. She spent time helping me set up AutoPay, got my 100 yr old aunt some OTC medication she needed, and always makes herself available. For the 50 or more years I've been coming here, it always looks clean, updated and the people are very nice. Good place to live.

  I lived here for five years starting in May of 2011 until November of 2016. This was my favorite place I have ever lived and if I had not moved out of state I would still be there today. Now I am planning on moving back as soon as they have a vacant apartment. The property manager Judy, and Luis and Brian the Supers of the building are always there when you need them. The property management company is the absolute best! They take pride in all of their properties. Some of my best memories were living at Chilton Towers. I can’t wait to move back.

  While the residents in passing seem pleasant and cordial, the building and management company has been the real problem. The service calls you often make will be a struggle to get completed. For months we have been addressing a noise complaint with the leasing agent with no real solution. Several packages have gone missing over the months from multiple shipping sources being listed as delivered and when we were promised a solution from the building, we were ignored for over a month until it was pressed again. I had been asked to be kept abreast of everything in writing via email because of the lack of effort on the building managements behalf at this point as well as my frustration, but instead we were visited in our home and insulted by both the leasing agent and building manager with, you guessed it—no solution. This has probably been the worst living situation I have ever had, with the most unorganized or unmotivated management I’ve experienced. Chilton Towers will seem more like Hotel California, where you will give a lot for a little in return.
