  I needed a fully qualified appraisal as of a certain date to satisfy IRS requirements. Alek was familiar with what was needed. He responded immediately to my inquiries and visited the property within a couple of days. The full appraisal was done in a week at a fair and reasonable cost. He certainly appears to know his business, is very responsive to any questions and provides quick service. He is highly professional.
