  In addition, some residents used racist language toward Black people, We lived here for five years. Maintenance was always helpful, and the property manager was very nice. Unfortunately, upper management was difficult to deal with when it came time for me to move out of state. I needed to place a storage POD, but they claimed it would take up too much space even though there was plenty of parking available. After some back and forth, they finally allowed it. During my time here, I also had issues with mice in my apartment on two occasions. which made the environment uncomfortable and disappointing.

  For two years, I have experienced consistently poor internet service from Xfinity. The connection is unreliable, often failing at least once a week, which makes it impossible to complete my work on time. I have complained over 100 times, replaced my modem six times, and had technicians visit multiple times with no lasting solution. Despite this, Xfinity continues to charge me for a service they cannot provide. I am extremely frustrated that my property does not allow other internet providers. If Xfinity cannot fix the ongoing issues, they should allow residents the choice to switch to another company. 5 rating for property office employees
