They are very prompt with requests or questions, clean, the gym is always taken care up and cleaned regularly (I’ve witnessed them cleaning on several occasions). What really makes them great is Amanda in the leasing office! I wanted to move into a larger apartment within the complex. I didn’t want to leave since I work in the city and the shuttle is perfect for me. Amanda and I toured an apartment and I loved it! I wanted that specific one bc it viewed the city. She let me ramble on about what I could do and answered all questions I had, even the ones I needed her to repeat several times so I can understand. She didn’t make me feel dumb or anything. I felt like I was talking to a friend that wanted to help out. She went above and beyond for me to get the apartment I wanted! I am so glad I was able to work with her! THANK YOU AMANDA!
