  I have used Austin Apartments for short-term corporate rentals for my employees that are moved from CA to NJ for part of the year. We have been very pleased with the community and most importantly the management there. Their management team is very flexible, thorough, and attentive to our needs. We will continue to utilize them in the following years to come.

  Really nice here. Lived here over 2 yrs. Easy to park. Maintenance is attentive to calls and quick to respond. Mostly quiet here. Landscaping is maintained well. Although if you care about your car, it may need washing more often as the sprinklers daily wet the car and leave water marks . There's not a microwave over the range, so the one I bought takes up precious counter space. We make it work. Wish they would begin to install them. It's kind of a basic thing now that people have. I wish the breezeways were cleaned more often. Cleaned once in the 2 yrs. We use a blower sometimes to blow out dirt and debris. No elevator. Sometimes I struggle with the steps when carrying up bags of groceries etc. But it's not a dealbreaker yet. The pool is really nice in the summer. The 2 BBQ grills are nice to use also. The club house is beautiful inside. I used the meeting room last summer for a women's group weekly free of charge. Nice gym too. Sauna. There are sidewalks for taking walks, that's good. I wish there were bike racks so I could lock up my bike outside. I mentioned it to the office but nothing yet. Office staff are nice and helpful. Trash is picked up outside your front door. You can also use the trash compactor in the parking lot if needed. There's a number code to use it. All in all we love it here. Near a lot of shopping, restaurants, mall, About 15 min. from Philly which is the first reason we moved here. Need to be near elderly parent. All the other tenants that we have met are very nice people. I'll probably stay until my knees say, "no more steps" !! Or if our situation changes, life is like that ya know....?

  This place is amazing. The management and staff are extremely helpful. The units are super nice and well kept. Great place to live! Highly recommended!

  Can’t recommend the Austin Apartments more!! We’ve been residents for almost 2 years. The management team is amazing, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. One of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!!

  Toured The Austin with my sister and we had a great experience with the Leasing Associate Saleen! We can’t recommend her enough, and overall received a solid understanding of what would be provided if we were to be residents. Saleen was professional, kind, and good natured. Which helped ease any tensions that we were feeling after touring many places. Overall The Austin is located in a great location and we hope for it to be our next home!
