  My mother recently moved into this complex and she already asked me to purchase some traps. Mice, roach and cricket infested. No matter how clean you are, they don’t go away. Management is aware as it was mentioned but will give the same feedback on how they are treating the property to their “best” ability. Already caught 3 mice and countless roaches and crickets. She hasn’t even been there 1 year yet.

  Visited a family member and as I left early in the morning around 4am, I sat in my car for a bit before leaving and witnessed a man and a woman attempting to break into vehicles in their parking lot. Walking up to cars seeing if they’re unlocked. I started my vehicle and they took off. The apartments itself are nice and I understand they have zero control over criminals, but just be careful in the parking lots at odd hours. I’d recommend putting up security cameras. Unfortunately there’s bad people everywhere but this was not expected in Collingswood but it makes sense because of nearby cities. One star is not towards to complex itself, but the questionable stragglers who walk by this complex.

  Lived here 3 years. This place has a major problems wit pests. Had to deal with Mice an Ants regularly, and the landlords just tell people to buy themselves some peppermint spray while they never call an exterminator. The window screens aren't fit right so bug fly in all summer. Also the roof was leaking for a couple months before they fixed it, but they still haven't repaired the ceilings of the apartments (get to look at that every day).

  Like many have said, great location and affordable price. The problem with noise and dust is true. Just want to add that this property is well maintained and managed. The on-site manager is very helpful and efficient. Ever since we have moved in, he has answered all of our requests and helped us with several fixing (just common minor problem, the building is in good condition).
