- SLSifan L1 day ago1.0Called multiple times a day, every hour, for two weeks and nobody picks up. I'm unable to leave work to visit and just wanted some information. I left multiple voice mails and no response.

Our property manager, Sean, and maintenance manager, Zach, seem to always be available and go above and beyond to troubleshoot any issues that arise in our unit and the overall property. The building is located conveniently in walking distance to all the downtown activities that Collingswood has to offer and we are just steps from the seasonal parking lot, you can't beat it!

There was a power outage back in November in the late afternoon. Zach and Sean both stayed on site until 8:30pm until the power came back on to make sure the residents were taken care of.

Sean is a great leasing manager always responsive, friendly, and on top of everything. Zach in maintenance is fantastic, addresses issues quickly and thoroughly. The cleaning staff is amazing as well, it’s always clean in the building. Overall, the staff here is such a pleasure to be around. Their reliability and care really make this a great place to live.
