  Visited a family member and as I left early in the morning around 4am, I sat in my car for a bit before leaving and witnessed a man and a woman attempting to break into vehicles in their parking lot. Walking up to cars seeing if they’re unlocked. I started my vehicle and they took off. The apartments itself are nice and I understand they have zero control over criminals, but just be careful in the parking lots at odd hours. I’d recommend putting up security cameras. Unfortunately there’s bad people everywhere but this was not expected in Collingswood but it makes sense because of nearby cities. One star is not towards to complex itself, but the questionable stragglers who walk by this complex.

  fantastic location with the river and cherry hill mall nearby. never had any issue with maintenance when i needed them. neighbors are friendly and have given me no issues for the couple years ive lived here. it even has its own parking lot!

  It took almost 2 month to get my car fix after I spent the nite at my BF apt. There was a state of emergency so I was unable to leave. And due to the apartment complex neglecting to trim the trees and branches that were dead my car was damaged and mind you I only had the car for 2 months it had over $3,000 or the damage and it really looks worse now than it did before now that's not the fault of the apartment complex that's the fault of where I took it to get fixed that's a whole nother story but in ending this I would like to say the trees are still not trimmed the branches continue to fall if there was wind and the maintenance in this apartment for what you pay is sub-par thank you
