  BEWARE, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Where do I begin. To start, I guess I should say that 1 star is ENTIRELY too many stars for this SLUMLORD!!!!!!!!! Upon move in, Progress dd not own the property, they purchased it a few months after. However, after ownership, is when all H*ll broke loose. It began when our roof collapsed. It took 11 days just to get a response from someone after putting in emergency maintenance calls daily, over the phone, and online. Then 3 more days to fix it, kinda. To top it off, it rained 10 of the 14 days, right onto our carpet. I have a cat that I could not allow to roam the house because of the 2ftx4ft hole in the roof. The carpet btw was never treated for mold or anything after. During this time, we eventually had to leave and pay for a hotel totaling over a week. Never was compensated, or even apologized to for the trouble. A short time later, our kitchen ceiling collapsed, due to water from the laundry room above it. It took over a week for this to get repaired, 11 days if memory serves. At the time we weren't sure if it was the laundry room, or bathroom that caused it, so we had to travel 45 minutes away to our closest family members house daily for showers. After purchasing the property, my rent immediately went up quite a bit at the first possible opportunity, which was at lease renewal. Then very soon after, we were told they sold the property, and we had to move out at the new lease end. Luckily, the new owners were very nice, and worked with us on some things to help. After all, kinda hard to save money when you spending $150+ a day for a hotel. It is literally impossible to speak with anyone from this company, other than the emergency maintenance line, which is comical just saying those words. Now that were out of this h*llhole, and our security deposit is returned, by the new owner, I'm not longer nervous about putting this review in. I also will be contacting a attorney, as we have plenty of documentation. Worse property manager we've ever had!!!! Now, I will wait to see if progress contacts me with some type of financial compensation before I call an attorney. I will not wait long though, the stress alone was too much for anyone to have to deal with.
