  These guys were great, very helpful on the purchase and re-finance of my first home. They were able to guide me through the process of purchasing my first home, and then also refinancing that home when the mortgage rates were at their lowest. During the process, they were able to present all tangible considerations, ROI, 30yr vs 15yr, and work within my budget for monthly payments, and closing costs. I would recommend Brad, Craig, and their team to anyone I know. The ability to understand and convey all the information to someone like myself, who doesn't live in the financial world daily, is what gave me the confidence to trust them, and also refer them to all my close friends and family. I was able to put full faith in them, and my realtor, when making the biggest purchase of my life, and still very satisfied with the outcome. Definite 10/10, and the only team I will be using in the future in this area.
