  He did an awesome job navigating our complex purchase and sale. I’m active duty with a VA loan and we did a same day sale/purchase AND an assumption of another veterans loan. Which got me a 3.2% loan rate!

  Mark and Cindy really know how to make you feel like your journey, whether selling, buying or both, is the only journey they are on. Their care, focus, attention to detail as well as their amazing personalities make the whole experience feel like you’re with close friends from beginning to end. You will never question if you made the right choice with them. We were very picky throughout our journey - but in the end we sold our stater and purchased our dream family home with ease because of their assistance. Thank you to you both!! We will use you again but not for a while as you helped us find the ONE! We won’t be going anywhere for a long time because of them.
