Overall, great experience at the Ivy - beautifully well kept, large rooms and closets, lovely people and staff, in particular Jeff, John and the doormen/women. Agree with some of the other reviews re: rent, and the YoY rent increases are outside of the normal range. That said, would definitely recommend, and it's bittersweet to move.

After a lot of apartment searching in the area Daniel helped me see how perfect it was and I’m so glad he did. He truly cares about helping residents and making sure everything goes right. Everyone else on the leasing team I have met has been pleasant to work with on all my move in questions. Couldn’t be happier with my new place, all thanks to Daniel!
- IGIan GuthoffNov 10, 20255.0Fantastic overall experience at The Ivy. Highlight is the maintenance staff, concierge staff, and amenities. Maintenance staff if diligent, professional, timely, and efficient. Amenities are tremendous - modern gym, coffee bar included in lobby, in-ground pool with cabanas, multiple grilling areas. Concierge staff is friendly and very helpful. BNE is satisfactory - charge for debit card transactions which is questionable, rent is relatively high (even considering the well kept facilities), and they send relatively aggressive emails concerning guests, wreaths, and parking. While understandable these items need to be addressed, some corporate practices could definitely be improved.
- YMYash MOct 1, 20255.0I lived in Ivy for a year and it was amazing. The apartments, ameneties everything was just perfect. The management is very understanding and Jeff has has been really helpful with quick fixes and repairs. Highly recommend if you are looking for apartement in this area.
